Hosted by Aariv and Dhanvi Modi, this hour-long “session will be about creating an entire Alexa skill from scratch… you will learn a lot about Alexa, including how to add new capabilities to it. By the end of this session, if someone were to ask you the following questions, you would be able to answer them.

* How do you create Alexa skills?

“Aariv Modi is a blogger, programmer, and Alexa skill developer. He is in 6th grade and has created several Alexa skills including STEM Party, Word Party, and Wheel of Fun. In the past, Mr. Modi has also created mobile apps on Android. He has been actively contributing his learning with the Alexa and voice community through his blog and social media channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter. He was the youngest presenter at Project Voice 2020.”
“Dhanvi Modi is a programmer and Alexa skill developer who is currently pursuing a B.Tech degree in Computer Science. She has designed and developed Alexa skills such as Name the Show and Math Master. Ms. Modi enjoys exploring new technologies and is excited about cloud computing, especially Amazon Web Services. She believes in continuous improvements by working on different skills.”
