First Focus on Behavior – Launching 12 trains with 93% predictability in 12 Mos

Come for a sneak peek at what Hilla and Charlie will be presenting to a few thousand people at the Global SAFe summit just a few weeks later. In the session we will cover Travelport’s SAFe Transformation journey and the lessons learned that unlocked their launch of agile beyond just teams. A cornerstone of their tips are how behaviors plays a critical roles in actually scaling to the enterprise level. “Little” things like Vulnerability Based Trust primed the enterprise to crave the roll out of agile.
